hi, i'm tyler! When I was 16, I started working as a graphic designer for a local screen printing shop called TCB Shirts in the middle of california. By the time I turned 18, I found myself operating a commercial-grade embroidery machine.
due to a series of events, i found myself buying the company that previously employed me when I was just 20 years old. while I had little experience with the physical side of screen printing, i was deteremined to make it work. with the help of endless instructional videos on youtube and a few calls to my former shop's printer, i was able to get our business up and running.
At 26 years old, our business came to a screeching halt due to COVID-19, as most of our clients consisted of schools, restaurants, and events, which were heavily affected by the pandemic. With all this free time I started experimenting. I made textiles and taught myself how to sew. I created bags, printed shirts for myself, made stickers, and combined them into products that I'd find myself hoarding in a box for months until I found the courage to sell them under the moniker 'pastiche'.
on January 1st of 2023, not only did we rebrand to 'pastiche, LLc' - we officially became residents of cleveland, ohio.
I'm not into tootin' my own horn, but I'm pretty good at what I do! I have an eye for perfection, and I don't quit until I achieve it. I'm also a one-man shop! If you have questions and reach out via email or phone, you'll reach me and me only. we purposefully never take on too many jobs at once and we like to create relationships with the clients we have. we use industrial-grade equipment and treat every order as if it's our own. Lastly, we're fairly eco-friendly. It's our number one goal to be completely green in the following years not only for my family's lives but also for you and yours.
